Every person I spoke or interacted with was extremely professional and courteous. Arrived at 3:00 for my 3:00 appointment for an oil change. They had me go inside to check in which a took about 15 minut professional and courteous. Arrived at 3:00 for my 3:00 appointment for an oil change. They had me go inside to check in which a took about 15 minutes and I was told it could take a couple of hours. I was okay with that, as long as I could get out by 5:45 for a dinner meeting at 6:00. Didn't get out until 6:15 and didn't have time to get my car washed, which I really wanted, because I just had to get out of there. I understand they are busy and everyone is doing the best they can, but 3:15 is too long for an oil change when I have an appointment. The worst part, however, was just not honestly communicating with me how long it would take. At about 5:35, I was very anxious and impatient and they told me it would just be a few more minutes. Well, it was nearly 40 minutes more, and that's without washing my car. In spite of the bad experience, as I mentioned, everyone was extremely nice and I understand busy and I would never think of leaving a one star review if I didn't discover the next day that 2 of my fancy jaguar air valve covers were not replaced and missing. That's what pissed me off the most. Come on!!! More

The service tech (Neil) was not only courteous and helpful, but also stepped in to speed up the process for my getting the loaner car when the person in charge of loaners was backed up.
