Caleb Hernandez met my wife and I upon arrival and assisted throughout the entire look over, education, and purchase -- He was awesome!! I left with an incredible car and overall great deal. Very pleased with Jack Nelson So I had a bad taste in my mouth from my prior 2 Park Place purchases....but those were both from their Mercedes dealership in Dallas. I went in ready to battle and fight over trade-in values and APR's but Jack was more interested in making me happy and finding a middle ground we both could live with. This was an extremely easy purchase and my new Jaguar F-Pace is fantastic! Thank you Jack - I'll be in touch when my other car is ready for an upgrade! More
