The best car purchasing experience I was looking for a new SUV to purchase after a recent hail storm destroyed my current vehicle. I did my homework and looked at car models online. After visiting multiple dealerships and test driving 7 different SUV models, I was not happy with the customer service or attention I was receiving at other dealerships. I looked into the F-Pace and thought I would give it a chance. From the moment I walked in, Brad Pyatt greeted us and made our shopping experience an incredible one. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was not your typical aggressive or over zealous salesman. Between test driving the vehicle and making the purchase, I spent all of 2.5 hours at the dealership! Everyone was incredibly helpful and no one wasted our time. Awesome Car Buying Experience! I had been stalking the Jaguar XE online for months. Hadn't bought a car in years. Finally walked into Park Place Jaguar-Plano late on a Saturday to I had been stalking the Jaguar XE online for months. Hadn't bought a car in years. Finally walked into Park Place Jaguar-Plano late on a Saturday to see it in person. James McDonald assisted me and he was awesome! Test drove a demo. Told him what I wanted and he made it happen. The exact car I wanted was right there in the showroom. James was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. He even adjusted his schedule to personally deliver my car to where I had to turn in my rental a few days later. Then when we got back to the dealership, he introduced me to some of the service team and took the time to give me a quick tutorial over the features of my new Jaguar. We started the process at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and I drove my car home at 6:3 I worked with Brad and Mark in the purchase of my 2016 FJ Jaguar. We started the process at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and I drove my car home at 6:30. The negotiation was easy and mutually amicable. I purchased a demo unit and there are were a few items that needed to be addressed. Brad ensured that Josh contacted me from service to schedule an appointment and provided a loaner vehicle. There are a lot of bells and whistles on the car and Brad is very patient in teaching me how the features work since I can't seem to remember them all! The dealership is beautiful and all the staff is very friendly and provide a no pressure environment. More
