Great experience! I felt compelled to leave a review of my experience with Park Place. I called the dealership on a Saturday morning and got in touch with Brad Pyatt. H I felt compelled to leave a review of my experience with Park Place. I called the dealership on a Saturday morning and got in touch with Brad Pyatt. He scheduled a meeting that day and had the model of car waiting on me when I got there. He was very knowledgeable about the first model I looked at and then I decided I like another model more. So he pulled that one around and knew everything about that car. I never felt pressured and was comfortable knowing that Brad just wanted to answer any questions that I had. The car sells itself, but the experience will bring me back when it's time to get another car. More

We got the F-PACE from Dallas Jaguar with $2100 off of a 2018 model. You will overpay here and sometimes won't even get the vehicle that you want. More

Not a good experience at all My sales manager Rico Rose was great and the review below is for the finance manager: After agreeing to the price dealership asked for I submitted my My sales manager Rico Rose was great and the review below is for the finance manager: After agreeing to the price dealership asked for I submitted my license and other data for review. They came back saying they won't be able to lease the car since my current work visa is not for valid for the lease period. I offered to submit my visa docs and passport pages and also offered an explanation that my visa would be renewed as i had other approvals to go along with it. I also told that them that 2 of my past cars(audi) were purchased on the same visa and they were very liberal and understood my stance and the documents i had offered. I also gave them a name of my friend who purchased a jag xf in 2015 from the same place by submitting additional documents. I asked if they could look into his case file and i could submit the same documents. I don't think they bothered to even look and the explanation given was " rules might have changed" and the option given was to finance. When Audi and BMW can do it not sure what stops you guys from selling. The point is that there was no effort from the team at park place to reach out to the bank involved/verify documents and make this deal happen. To top it all they ran a hard credit check before validating my documents. Very disappointed to say the least. More
