I called to address my concerns and of course didn't hear back. And you email me 8 days after the review even. I called Jaguar USA to address my concerns. I talked to my local Jaguar dealer to address my concerns, they read the repair orders, and quoted me a repair bill for 3k to repair items that either re broke or should have been fixed but weren't. It appears you repair to bilk labor costs as each repair built on itself and if done correctly would have resulted in one labor bill. You replaced a fan, the bill said, and after replacement it didn't work, then found a corroded wire. so instead of finding and fixing the wire first, or putting my old fan back, you charged for new one. You don't diagnose you just replace and charge the customer. You took advantage of my being out of the area and my college student who had to deal with the constant break downs. The net total of all the coolant repairs on that car for just labor is close to 8 hours billed just at your dealership.
