Service after the sale is beyond terrible. Windshield adhesion has failed on my 2023 Discovery which is under warranty. Water still coming in and noise - and is getting worse. No windshield replacements available according to them.... Found one on my own and they will not respond to me. After rotating the wheels the tire pressure was not adjusted on my i-pace. S/b 44psi in the back and 37psi in front. Currently my front left is 45psi and front right is 39psi (slow leak tire) adjusted on my i-pace. S/b 44psi in the back and 37psi in front. It took 6 days just to find out what the issue was with my vehicle. Upon initial contact I was told I couldn’t even make an appt unless the car was on site although it was inoperable. Then I was transferre my vehicle. Upon initial contact I was told I couldn’t even make an appt unless the car was on site although it was inoperable. Then I was transferred to several different service advisors voicemails. There were no loaners available and my vehicle didn’t even get diagnosed until the 6th day. Customer service spoke politely but the service, lack of concern, and inability to return a call was horrible. I am beyond disappointed in this experience and have already ordered a vehicle from another brand so that I will not have to deal with Jaguar anymore. More
