Jaguar Columbia is very responsive to requests most particularly with service needs. I feel quite secure when my car is in their hands. Personnel is very friendly and easy to work with. After rotating the wheels the tire pressure was not adjusted on my i-pace. S/b 44psi in the back and 37psi in front. It took 6 days just to find out what the issue was with my vehicle. Upon initial contact I was told I couldn’t even make an appt unless the car was on site although it was inoperable. Then I was transferre my vehicle. Upon initial contact I was told I couldn’t even make an appt unless the car was on site although it was inoperable. Then I was transferred to several different service advisors voicemails. There were no loaners available and my vehicle didn’t even get diagnosed until the 6th day. Customer service spoke politely but the service, lack of concern, and inability to return a call was horrible. I am beyond disappointed in this experience and have already ordered a vehicle from another brand so that I will not have to deal with Jaguar anymore. More

I took my Jaguar XJ for a service appt that went very well. I was given a time frame for completion and my car was done as stated. The staff was all very friendly and professional. I even took a test d well. I was given a time frame for completion and my car was done as stated. The staff was all very friendly and professional. I even took a test drive in a Jaguar F-Pace while I was waiting which it was a very nice drive. I would definitely recommend the dealership to family and friends. More
