Do not take your Jaguar here for service. After having to call twice since the service "advisor" did not return the first call, I was shocked to discover that they have a 2 week wait for appo After having to call twice since the service "advisor" did not return the first call, I was shocked to discover that they have a 2 week wait for appointments for something as simple as a battery replacement if you want to wait for the car. Otherwise, you have to leave it for 2-3 days without a loaner vehicle. An appointment here requires 2 people to make 2 separate trips to change one 2-year old battery! I love my Jag but stay away from these guys for service. They just don't give a crap for Jaguar service since they no longer sell Jaguars. More
On 10/19/22 my 2018 Jaguar stalled and was towed to the Cary dealership, in which it was purchased from new in 2019. I was stranded over 100 miles from home and no loaner vehicles available til 11/02/22. I Cary dealership, in which it was purchased from new in 2019. On 10/24/22 I checked for any updates...what's wrong with my car, loaner available or estimated completion date. NO, NO, & NO ! Nothing has been done and they are trying to work me in between appointments. BTW, my car had to be towed to the nearest Jaguar dealership. Now, I got to wait for days just for someone to tell me "whats wrong with it". I never thought this type of treatment was associated with Jaguar. More

I went in to look at an I-Pace but they didn’t have one in stock. I spoke with Tomera and she was outstanding! She followed up with me to let me know they were expecting one to come in and she stayed in to in stock. I spoke with Tomera and she was outstanding! She followed up with me to let me know they were expecting one to come in and she stayed in touch and addressed all my questions. She made sure to let me know when it came in and was extremely helpful and courteous. Even though I didn’t end up buying the car (for reasons that had nothing to do with the dealership), I would recommend doing business here and ask for Tomera! More
I stopped by to make a purchase and had financing in place to drive off the lot. However, their policy is they do not negotiate, needless to say I took my talents to South Beach. While I understand corporate policy, I have been a businessman for 25 years and in my experience when the economy shifts good business practice is to be nimble enough to adjust to the business environment before it forces you to adjust. Never will I let anyone with 10s of thousands of dollars walk away without a very long conversation. I wonder if when the economy really starts to slide this fall if they will start acting as if they are actually interested in selling cars. Not a fan of the whole "No Hassle" dealerships...I didn't know that when I arrived so be advised." Me..I'm gonna just have to go find a deal elsewhere this month. More

Someone did contact me to follow up and I told them what happened they said I was the third person that day that said the same thing I guess I’ll be buying a Corvette instead of a jaguar. The dealer offers valet service, which has come in extremely handy given that I live 2.5 hours from the dealership and having Brock as the delivery specialist to educate me on all about the benefits if the car was a great perk and Brock was great to work with on this as well. The only preventing a 5-star was the experience with the manager during the negotiation process. More
