Marty worked with us to find a convenient time for the repair and the Service Department secured the necessary parts. We found the service to be exemplary and fairly priced. Often, I have been the one to take our vehicle in for service/repair at JLR of Cary. As a woman, I am usually hesitant to be the person in attendance for fear that my lack of knowledge will equal an invoice that is unduly inflated. I have always felt welcome and appreciated while confidently comfortable that I am receiving high quality, fairly priced, necessary service and repair. We plan to continue to use JLR of Cary for future service and repairs with the hope of purchasing from them again when the time comes. More
