I had been looking all over California for a previously owned, low mileage Supercharged XF. When one became available at JLRAH I emailed the dealership and received a phone call just a few minutes later fr owned, low mileage Supercharged XF. He told me the car was available and suggested I come in to see it in person. I immediately began the long and torturous process of selling my current car privately. JLRAH offered to take it on trade but knowing the vehicle's history, I felt I could get a lot more selling the car myself. This process took much longer than expected (roughly 2 months), but imagine my surprise when the '11 XF was still on the lot. I visited the dealership the very same day I had a verbal agreement from a seller to buy my car and ran into John Sanderson who opened the car for me, answered a few questions, and introduced me to Ken Babineau, the Sales Manager. A week later, my car was gone and I dialed up Ken, who couldn't have been nicer and came down just a bit more from his already bottom line number to make the car work into my budget. The next day, Ken introduced me to Bill Gleba who took me for a test drive before preparing all of the paperwork and seeing the sale through. Last up was Angie Lanik in finance who told me all about several new warranty products Jaguar was offering that would minimize any expensive repairs as the car got a little long in the tooth. She helped me calculate my annual miles and pick the warranty that would best suit me (she even saved me a couple of bucks along the way). All in all, I think I dealt with just about every employee at the dealership; everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely buy another car here and would recommend this dealership to all friends and family. More
From the moment I arrived at the dealership, Jay Kaufman welcomed me, invited me to sit and discuss the reasons for my visit to the service department. I explained that I was a recent new owner of a previously owned Land Rover, and I was experiencing difficulty with my power steering unit. Jay scheduled an appointment for me after asking me if I was comfortable driving the vehicle for the weekend. If my response was not comfortable, Jay assured me they would take the car right away and provide me with a loaner. When I returned to drop off the vehicle, all of the information was in the computer and I was escorted to the loan car. From that moment on I was kept apprised of the progress daily, and they worked around my schedule. The people and the product at Jaguar Land Rover of Anaheim Hills are first rate. I contacted the dealership when I was in the market for a new Jaguar XF. I was put in touch with Scott McCloud and he was very open and honest with me on his pricing and car availability. He worked hard to try to find the car the met my specification on the car type but was unable to find me a car that met my exact specs. I was able to find the car at another dealership and Scott, while wanting to get the business for himself and his dealership, reviewed the deal and was open and honest with me on what kind of deal I was getting. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a honest and straightforward car salesman.... More
