Took my Jaguar XKR in for service and just happened to mention that I thought the convertible top had a little more wear than it should. I was just looking for advice on how to preserve it as long as pos mention that I thought the convertible top had a little more wear than it should. Rather than just give me advice, Jay took it upon himself to be my advocate with Jaguar who has since replaced the original top with a new one. I didn't ask for, nor expect, anything but advice.
