If you Service Department Review - UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE!!!! Based on the reviews, it looks like the only positive ones are related to car buyers. If you take that car in later for service, not even close to the same experience. We dropped off our Range Rover and didn't get it back for a month, with minimal updates even after text/calling/emailing for status. We had a trip planned where we needed our car back but we ended up with a rental because it wasn't done. Trying to talk to the GM Sven Larson was a joke. Supposedly he has an open door policy, but he wouldn't take my calls, return my calls, or even meet with me when I was finally able to pick it up. I was passed around from person to person in order to get any type of update. If you want to drop off your car and wait for an unspecified time, have horrible customer service, and want to pull your hair out from frustration, go here. Otherwise, don't take your chances! More

Darren (sp?) quoted me $49.02 for left, and $47.80 for right. I said we just had the car in for service for windshield replacement plus other service and nothing was said about the wear. I asked for the sizes. Said he didn't know. How can he quote me a price without knowing the size? Said he is not aware of the length of the sizes needed. I told him to google it! Just talked to Miguel in service. He said they should have been checked when they had the car, and he is sorry it wasn't done. Asked several times if I wanted to talk to his Mgr Ron. I said no, it doesn't matter since we will never bring the car back to the dealership there. BTW, parts dept...LHS 22in and RHS 19in. More
Cutting Corners. Beware! I have seen many negative reviews on this dealership but we decided to purchased a new Land Rover Velar anyway. The process to purchased the car was fine until the end. While we were in the finance office, I asked if they could make sure that there was a full tank of gas in the car. The salesman's response was that management has issued a new policy indicating that if the car is sold for a discount that they will not top off the gas. This has made me think if they are cutting corners on topping off gas (on sold $62K car), what else are they cutting corners on? This this type of cost cutting measures is consistent with other commentst (although gas was a new one to me). Unfortunately this cost cutting measure along with several of the other negative reviews makes me not able to recommend this dealership. Do your homework before buying a car as the RUSNAK experience is not as advertised. There are many dealships in orange county that provide first class service. Unfortunately this is not one of those dealerships. More

Perhaps a simple "I'm sorry to hear that you are having a problem" would help, but these people act like you are imagining your issues, they are defensive when questioned on the xx they are trying to feed you, and that the car never has problems. I'm not as troubled by the annoying problems i have experienced with my Land Rover Discovery in the first 10,000 miles as i am the condescending, dismissive attitude. I wish there was another dealership close by. It just seems this is a toxic environment and I don't feel confident that my vehicle will be repaired correctly the first time. More

It is as talking to a robot. Frankly I don’t know why your place exists and who gives business to this place with their monotone attitude and personality. My horrendous experience revolves around having taken there for an accident. They promised the car back in 30 days I ended up getting the car back in 5 months. That is not the end of it (I wish it was) They gave me the car back with a Major Dent on the Front Door, and a nonfunctioning AC After Collecting $ 27,000 from my insurance, not only they did not have a common courtesy to even wash the car after having sat there for 5 months, they incurred more damage. Further the Service Dept has the Audacity to say that The AC wasn’t part of our job , The Freon was vacuumed , now you have to pay to fill it up. I cannot say enough dilemma I have (and still going through dealing with them). It is an injustice to give them One Star They don’t deserve Any Star Period More

They sent a threatening letter to my wife about 6 months ago and then served her with papers to sue her. In all my years buying cars this has never happened and I have never heard of this from any other dealer. If I was buying another Range Rover it would NOT be from this dealer. What a horrible way to treat your customers. What a bunch of unprofessional people. In my opinion not worth the risk when other land rover dealers don't act this way like Mission Viejo, Cerritios, Newport Beach or Hermosa Beach Land Rover. To be clear this was Land Rover and not Jaguar. We are now forced to defend a B**S** Lawsuit. Buy your car from any other dealer why take the chance you might be sued! This is all coming from the leadership/ownership of the dealer. More
