Oil level issue and detailing Jaffarian Service was right on top of the oil level issue with my 2013 XC60. Both Volvo and Jaffarian investigated the low oil level and went through every test to determine the cause, it was good to see how seriously they took this problem. I had called to make an appointment with Bill to give me an a I began the process of purchasing a vehicle from Jaffarian Volvo on Wednesday, March 27. I had called to make an appointment with Bill to give me an appraisal of my Volvo for trade. I had already determined the car I wanted to purchase was on their lot. Easy, right? When I got to the dealership to meet Bill, I was handed off to Richard. Negotiations ensued, including the old timey "Man behind the curtain". OK, I got through that, went home and returned the next day to do the paperwork. Fine, this is time consuming, but, oh well. At 9:30 Wednesday night I get a call from the sales guy stating that they forgot some paperwork and could I scramble to attend to it so that I could pick up the car on time on Thursday. Mind you, while this is going on the new car is supposed to be being detailed. I'm scheduled to pick up the car on Thursday a.m.of day 3! Salesman calls and says the car will be ready in about half an hour, but he'll call back. 90 minutes later I call the dealership because salesman is not answering his phone. Car is finally ready. I drive to dealership-no inspection sticker because someone in service left the car door ajar all night and ran the battery down. You would think with that door open all night someone might have peeked in to see that my floor mats were dirty!! I drove away pretty irritated. Not at all what I expected. More
