The Jaffarian family has been part of the Merrimack Valley community for generations with our grandparents starting a 'filling' station over 75 years ago in Haverhill. Years later, we are still family-owned with both 3rd and 4th generations actively involved in the day to day operations at Jaffarian Volvo.

Recall Service Items We recently received a recall notice for our new 2017 Volvo XC90. I went on line to see that a second recall notice was also in the works. I called Jaffarian to schedule the handling of both recalls noticed. I was extremely pleased how easy and quick it was to get a convenient appointment. On the day of the appointment i arrived a few minutes early and again was delighted how easy and quick my car was taken in for service and the work completed. The waiting area was clean, well stocked with great snacks and so the 45 minutes we waited went very quickly. I can tell that they all did care in how the service was made user friendly and very professionally. Thanks for making my service appointment so pleasant. More
