Our sales rep, Ronald, provided great service to us and was able to answer the questions that we asked to him. The back and forth with the "manager" part consumed almost my entire day AND I had 2 children with me. I was PLEASANTLY greeted by Maggie upon my arrival. She is a very professional and a helpful sales associate. I give her 5 stars! I really appreciate the time she took with me. I also met with Trevor who was professional and respectful. This is my first time leasing and I would love to have a relationship with Jaffarian for many years. I definitely will give them another try when this lease is up. I think the place is VERY CLEAN and overall friendly. Thank you for providing a quality vehicle. I think this place would definitely be 5 stars in my book if it hadn't been such a difficult and stressful process. I have purchased many vehicles in my life time so I am familiar with the process. This was by far the most time consuming and painful process. I feel the staff are very good people, just those behind the scenes making the decisions make it difficult. I will have my vehicle serviced there because I have full confidence in the service people. They were very professional and friendly. Support at Jaffarian I went in for an oil change and was told I needed brakes. At first I was very defensive and felt I was being taken for a ride.
