(not like other dealerships we visited). The finance personnel were very thorough in going over all the options, and we were very happy with the final deal. From entering the showroom to driving away with the car took less than 1 day with less than 3 hours of our time. More
Service department I just purchased an 2016 Limited Edition Avalon. I brought in my new car to have mud guards installed. The service was great. Just so you know I had a 2012 XLE Camry prior and always had it serviced at this dealership. Between Dale W and Lance they are totally a great example of being professional. Bad Customer Service I was in need of a vehicle and was very interested in the new Tacoma. I knew they were hard to find, but was promised by Mr Fanning that he could get I was in need of a vehicle and was very interested in the new Tacoma. I knew they were hard to find, but was promised by Mr Fanning that he could get the model i wanted in one week when my rental was due back. I tried calling the following Monday, and Tuesday with no return calls. Finally got ahold of Brian on Wednesday and he said Sorry we cant get it, these things happen sometimes, Mr Fanning was more interested in showing off for his boss who was there the night of the sale than he was actually getting my truck. The only one there who seemed concerned about the customer service was Sarkis. He returned my calls and tried to locate a truck for me. He ended up having to order one which took about 5-6 weeks. Even though it was not his fault or sale he apologized to me for not being able to get a truck in sooner. When I finally went to pick up the truck we ended up sitting in the office for over 20 minutes because our sales person was out on a test drive. Finally the finance manager asked another sales person to start the process. All the while Mr Fanning was sitting behind the desk right in front of us. It took over 2 hours to pick up the truck after having the financing and everything else done at a prior visit. To make it worse they could not find the second set if keys that belonged to the truck. That doesn't count the many friends and relatives we have sent their way. They are not as big as other dealers but will find you the vehicle you are looking for. They are friendly and fair. We like going to a dealer we can trust. They have a great service department and everyone is friendly and helpful. We love our Toyotas and currently have a 2013 Highlander and a 2015 Camry XLE. you can't go wrong with Jaffarian - they are a family operation. More

I'd done my homework, compared other dealers and although I was able to put together similar deals elsewhere, I chose to purchase from Jaffarian because of my experience with Richard and also Gavin Jaffarian. Overall I'm extremely satisfied, would recommend Jaffarian, and will be back for future automotive purchases. Constructive criticism - The entire sales process was great, right up to the point where I provided my deposit. After running my debit card, I was handed a receipt to sign with "Non-Refundable Deposit" stamped on the receipt in BIG RED LETTERS. I refused to sign and contemplated demanding my money back and walking out but chose to stay because of my experience with Richard. Advice to Jaffarian, the 1980's are dead and bully automotive marketing tactics don't win consumers anymore, service experience does. People have complex lives and things happen that could delay someone's ability to close on a deal in an agreed upon timeframe. Don't bully people with "Non-Refundable Deposits" because the person who can't close today could very well be a customer tomorrow. You guys have a great staff, an evolving reputation, and a young manager (Gavin) who have you positioned to grow. Don't sour the Jaffarian experience with incendiary big red letters only intended to muscle people into closing the deal. It's not necessary. More

The waiting room is large, comfortable, and well appointed (there are reading carrels if you need to work quietly). The restroom was spotless! If you cannot wait, a courtesy van takes you home, and will fetch you when your car is ready. If the technicians find something else that should be fixed, your service desk person explains what they found, how soon it should be fixed, and what it will cost. When the car was ready, it was neat and clean; I couldn't tell that workers had been in the car. All in all: the best dealership experience I've had. More

I feel like they explain things well and have a record in case I have a question about a previous service record. They've been so honest, they sometimes tell me they'll put a watch on something for the next service visit that I don't have to do yet--making me feel as though I'm not being taken advantage of. As a woman, I have 100% trust and faith in the service. I want to share that I complimented the young man at the service desk and said they must have given him hospitality training because of the way he greeted me, and his response was that was how he was raised. In the last visit, when they called my name that my car was ready, I was almost disappointed. I was actually enjoying waiting in their comfortable waiting room. I'm a workaholic Type A and never relax--so this was a rare opportunity for me. They have free hot chocolate and coffee, Wi-Fi and a TV. The waiting area is the nicest I've ever seen. Even the bathrooms are pristine clean! I won't take my Camry anywhere else. More
