Horrible Customer Service I went in on Saturday to check out and potentially buy a used vehicle. I found the vehicle I wanted and made a proposal of $12.500 with a credit card I went in on Saturday to check out and potentially buy a used vehicle. I found the vehicle I wanted and made a proposal of $12.500 with a credit card and signature. The car was listing for $15,500. Mr. Fanning came back with a proposal of $15,000 on paper. He explained that was the best he could do as there was no money in it for them. I did not want to spend that much, and needed some time to go over my financial situation and explained that to Mr. Fanning. I returned on Tuesday morning after reviewing my financial situation and was greeted by Mr. Fanning. I explained that I was still interested in the used car I had seen and test drove on Saturday. I made a proposal of $14,800 to Mr. Fanning and he said "Let me go check and see what I can do". Mr. Fanning then returned with a piece of paper listing the price of the vehicle I was interested in and did not say anything. The price on the piece of paper was $15,471. I then asked Mr. Fanning why does it say that the price is $15,471? When I just proposed to you $14,800? And you said you would see what you could do. Mr. Fanning said "Nope that is the price" I then explained to him that is higher than your proposal on Saturday of $15,000 and Mr. Fanning's response was "Well you should of bought it on Saturday then". Mr. Fanning was turning bright red and had started to raise his voice at me in the showroom in front of other customers. I was with my sister and she felt so uncomfortable with Mr. Fanning's actions she had to run out of the showroom and back to my car. I could not believe what I was hearing and asked Mr. Fanning what would make the price go up? Mr. Fanning then turned his back on me and started to walk to the door yelling "That is the price" Another Manager even told him to keep his voice down as there were customers around. I walked out the door and Mr. Fanning followed me to my car and got in my face continuing to raise his voice and yell. Mr. Fanning's actions were Juvenile to say the least and he needs to have his ego checked. More
