He couldn't really answer a lot of the questions we had and he just read the key points off of the screen. After wanting more specific information, I was then paired with Maggie and all I can say is she was a miracle worker! She kept me up to date through out the whole process and we even managed to have some laughs in between all of the insurance nonsense. Mr. Ramos greeted us, Glen Davis took us to see the vehicle, test drove it, came in and did the paperwork. No high pressure sales. They had the vehicle that was advertised,at the price quoted. Since my Auto Advisor did not use Jaffarian I went on my own with Mom and I am glad I did! Chris was just incredible. He had a lease deal which was exactly what I was looking for.
