I'd like to begin by mentioning that we are from New York City. We were referred to Jaffarian by a relative who purchased their vehicle from there. She boasted about how her sales person found the vehicle sh City. We were referred to Jaffarian by a relative who purchased their vehicle from there. Apparently they didn't have the vehicle color and options she was looking for but the sales guy assured her that he would find it within 7 days. Well, she got a call from him the following day about her dream car and immediately called me to tell me they found her car. She knew I was in the market for an FJ Cruiser and told I should try Jaffarian. My husband and I drove 3 and a 1/2 hours to this dealership since I wasn't very happy with dealerships in NY. As we stepped in, we were met by the friendliest staff. Jaysen, who was our sales person, was helpful and so polite (I've never met anyone so polite). He made sure he had answers to all of our questions and we never felt as if we were pressured into buying any vehicle. In comparison, certain dealerships back home either paid us no attention when we stepped in or were just too pushy. One, in particular, would call our home almost every day wanting to talk about a deal they were "authorized" to give. Needless to say, we were not at all comfortable in NY. We enjoyed dealing with Jaysen and yes... He found Our DREAM Trail Teams Edition 2012 FJ Cruiser. Thanks Jaysen! More
