Sales associate could not have been better, when I saw a car that was not for me, he steered me to one that I ended up buying. Sales Mgr. gave me a quote on my trade in towards a new car. When I ended up bu car that was not for me, he steered me to one that I ended up buying. Sales Mgr. gave me a quote on my trade in towards a new car. When I ended up buying a used car, he stuck to the original quote. Could not have been easier, I took delivery that day. The reason I went to Jaffarian to begin with was excellent service on my Rav 4 the last 5 years. They even welcome my dog as a visitor! More

Went to a number of Toyota dealers in the area. Knew just what I wanted and emailed my requirements to Jaffarian after a good initial visit and test ride with Tyler. Received a quick reply with a really attractive price. Looked around for a specific truck on a dealers lot but all needed to locate the vehicle I wanted. Could have done this anywhere, but the people at Jaffarian are great and the facility is top-notch, so I chose to do business here. Sales staff is personable, respectful, and informative. No surprises. Have not been in for service yet but believe that it will be a better experience at Jaffarian than at the mega dealer in the area. If our family needs another Toyota, Jaffarian will be our first stop. More

When I did my online search for whatever reason Jaffarian didn't even show up. Jaffarian was the first dealership I went to, my first test drive - and this was all on the recommendation from my parents Regin didn't even show up. Jaffarian was the first dealership I went to, my first test drive - and this was all on the recommendation from my parents Regina and Gerry Seely - who bought a car from Jaffarian years ago. Although I came into the dealership knowing what I wanted, Louis' soft sale pitch was perfect for me. I never felt pressured - if I had I would have walked right out. I brought my 2011 Scion XB in for a potential oil leak due to hitting something on the highway. Dale was able to fit me in within the day, set me up with a rental car, and discovered the problem within tw due to hitting something on the highway. This has been one of the best experiences, by far, we had in a car dealership. Just to keep the long story short, we purchased a Highlander Hybrid that we did not even expect we will be getting for the price in a car dealership. We worked with Louis, Rob, Sarkis and Lauren and everyone did a great job. Louis exactly knew what we were looking for and was very friendly and helped us choose the right vehicle at the right price. He helped us understand every little thing and did a great job. The team by and large is the best team to work with if anyone is planning to purchase from a dealership. I highly recommend these guys. In general it was a cake walk for us and we loved working with Louis and team. Keep up the good work! More
