Recently bought a used 2020 Honda Odyssey from this dealership. The best part of the experience was dealing with Big Al. He was very very communicative (which I greatly appreciated) and he's a humble guy that is ready to get a deal done! The most impressive part of the dealership was the teamwork. Big Al wasn't the first person to reach out to me, but he did majority of the leg work; however, because Raffy reached out first (thank you as well Raffy!) Big Al still wanted to keep him in on the deal. It was a breath of fresh air to see a salesman respect his coworkers like Big Al does. I gave 4/5 due to the detailing. I got to the car an hour after the car hit the lot, so I anticipated it wouldn't be in pristine shape. I put a deposit down on Thursday night and picked it up Saturday. When I picked the car up, it was cleaned, but I would have loved a full, deep detail. Other than that it was an enjoyable experience, and I would recommend this dealership :) More
