I highly recommend working with Jacobs Mitsubishi online sales team. I live in So Cal and I have never purchased online before. The sales team at Jacobs Mitsubishi did a great job of making the process easy and pleasant even though I was 2,400 miles away. They start by choosing high quality cars and pairing that with excellent sales support, a great formula which made me comfortable purchasing online. Thx u to sales mgr Scott for all his help. Big shout out to my sales rep Jay Marte, his follow up, communication, and willingness to answer my questions was awesome .... he was great to work with and really made the experience enjoyable.
