Took my money then sold the car after lying to me. Just had the absolute worst car buying experience with Jacobs Mitsubishi after they took $1,000 deposit and had me sign a purchase agreement to find o Just had the absolute worst car buying experience with Jacobs Mitsubishi after they took $1,000 deposit and had me sign a purchase agreement to find out they sold the car to someone else after lying to me! We agreed on a price on July 20th. At that time, I informed the salesman that I could put deposit of $500 on the vehicle and pick it up as soon as it was ready. The salesman informed me I needed to place $1,000 deposit to secure the vehicle purchase to which I agreed to.

 He then informed me the vehicle would not be ready until July 27th because the headlight needed replaced. The $1,000 deposit was taken out from my account and Gene advised me he would be sending me a purchase agreement to which I would have to sign and send back over to “lock it down” as he stated, he also called to secure the deposit so I signed it and sent it back over. He then informed me that the vehicle would be ready on July 27th since he knew I was scheduling my flight to pick it up. I followed up with the salesman every day and was being told the new headlight had not come in yet but he assured me he would let me know as soon as he could so I could schedule my flight (keep in mind I have been trying to buy this car every single day, I was waiting on them, they were not waiting on me for anything). He assured me that the estimated pick up date would be around July 31st but would call me back when he had a definite date when I could pick up the vehicle. I called again on Saturday for an update, because as you know I was ready to pick up the vehicle for 6 days and it was at this point I was told by an employee that the car was being sold and the new owner was there to take delivery even though he acknowledged that the salesman had taken $1,000 deposit from me and he acknowledged that he received my signed Purchase Agreement which clearly states that it was a Cash Price deal. My theory: Did the headlight even need replaced? They clearly sold it days before I was told it was ready, were they just stringing me along until someone came in with a better offer? At the end of the day there’s nothing I can do to get the F-Pace I really wanted. I highly recommend not wasting your time at Jacobs Mitsubishi. I can't believe scummy dealerships like this still exist with how easily they can be called out on social media. More

Superb Customer Service My journey for searching for a Dodger Charger Hellcat started a couple of weeks ago. I was browsing the internet and stumbled upon this particular Hel My journey for searching for a Dodger Charger Hellcat started a couple of weeks ago. I was browsing the internet and stumbled upon this particular Hellcat that sparked my interest and it was located at Jacobs Mitsubishi. I initiated the inquiry and was contacted by Todd one of the great salesman on the team within an hour or so of submitting my inquiry online. Todd was very accommodating in answering my questions and also providing some additional pictures and videos to me that I had requested. This really helped solidify my eagerness and passion to move forward with talking some numbers, and being that I am two states and 5.5 hours away just driving over is out of the question. The following day which was a Thursday Todd was off that day and passed the negotiating efforts over to his colleague Jeremy whom is another great salesman on their team. Jeremy and I, along with their Sales Leadership negotiated back and forth up until Friday when we were able to agree on a final price. I was able to secure a down payment at that time with the plan to drive down the following Monday to finalize the negotiations and ultimately test drive the vehicle. Upon arrival on that Monday morning Jeremy, Todd, and the entire staff were very accommodating throughout the buying process. Noting that I am in the customer service industry myself and a corporate professional, I had to work while on the road and at the dealership, Jeremy was kind enough to allow me to utilize his office to conduct my meetings and business virtually (can't thank him enough for that). The entire team at Jacobs Mitsubishi came together like a well oiled machine to delivery an exceptional car buying and customer experience to provide me the car that I have longed for, and for that Thank you. Drew was a great guy to work with. Having first inquired online he sent me a detailed video of the car which was very helpful in my decision seeing I am located hours away from the dealership.
