Weren't willing to fulfill their commitment. My car came with a 3yr/36k extended warranty which was denied by my local dealership as invalid. Value was determined to be a mere $300.00 however, I had to figh with a 3yr/36k extended warranty which was denied by my local dealership as invalid. Value was determined to be a mere $300.00 however, I had to fight with Jacob's to finally get it 7 weeks later. Also, my temp tags had expired 4 days before I finally got the permanent tag. They were at the end of their monthly goal attainment period and they were trying to rush the transaction along making me feel much less valued as a customer and more like a goal number. My salesman kept trying to shift the responsibility to me to get these matters resolved by wanting to refer me to others instead of handling them himself which he finally had to do only by my insistence. He failed to mention the car had (2) accident claims. I read about them once I got home and was sorting through all of the paperwork. After all is said and done my salesperson bent over backwards to get me satisfied. Good guy. More
