The car I purchased didn’t have armrest, so they ordered one to install. They let me drive the car home overnight to get a real feel for it. I was not made to feel pressured to buy at all. Dodge Dart from Jacob Mitsubishi from day one there had been problems. but the major problem is is that it is a manual vehicle City gear shift won't go into drive or reverse second third I've almost been in three accident in this vehicle I reported it to them. This happened a week after I had the vehicle the vehicle doesn't do it all the time I never know when I'm going to be able to get in a car and use it I've lost a job because of it play aware this the vehicle was in the shop for 2 months I got it back the next day same as you won't go in gear I reported it back to them that's when I found out the vehicle had recall issues. Jeremy never divulge that information or I would have never purchased vehicle. I've had it I've lost it I can't take it anymore I can't drive the vehicle it's not said he's in any way shape or form. Me and my daughter were coming out of a driveway onto US-19 the vehicle within first year as I proceeded to put it in second it xxxx it would not go if the light had not been read who would have been killed as people were going 55 miles per hour or maybe over at my daughter doesn't want to get back in the car because he is horribly frightened he scared Coraline is it mine every time I'm in that car before I get in the car I have to go out there and play with the gear shift for about 30 45 minutes I've lost a job behind this I've been suspended from another for five days I've lost major income and I mean major still wear this actual mechanic who works on the car told me that there were recall Parts on the vehicle the car has been recalled why would you sell a vehicle that had recall issues and he also stated that the car was not in The Possession very long before it was sold to me and that he does not believe it was thoroughly inspected before it was sold so the word out of his mouth the general manager enter the vehicle replication sound from front end or I didn't accident until someone else or myself there's nothing they can do they've basically told me no literally told me to take legal action against them which I am doing with multiple witnesses to this incident I have to go to work right now I had to pick my daughter up earlier if we cool I couldn't get the car in gear to go get her I don't sleep I don't eat because I don't know if I'm going to be able to go to work to support genuinely scared of how I'm going to support my family when I went to Jeremy I explained to him what I did for love a contract and I'm self-employed as a CNA I have my own client if I do not people could be seriously hurt I've lost contract behind it not able to have adequate Transportation I can't have my clients in a vehicle that's not safe I can't put my client in a vehicle that I don't know if it is going to go into the next gear. And I'm angry I Told You So the money that I was putting down for a vehicle. Was all i had to spare, which was $2000 and that I don't got a vehicle for a while due to the trying to re-establish which requires me to travel go home to home my elderly client in the home doctor's appointment shopping whatever but it requires a reliable vehicle. No don't get any more Jermey was extremely helpful and extremely nice. week later like I said at the vehicle was in their possession they put me in a loaner three different loner and the car said in your possession for two months I got it back a week later it will replicate mean the same as they claimed never replicate in front of them with I find extremely hard to believe. And then to have them call you out right liar it's horrendous. Is there a law that states to purchase a vehicle that has something wrong with it that they have three times or three tries to fix the vehicle if after the third attempt it's not the contract is void what I don't understand is why they simply just didn't put me in a different vehicle instead of loaner cars but instead they told me to sue them. I spoke to her today I called her in tears because my little girl was at school and needed a ride home and I couldn't get the car started I spoke too early today I told her I can't take this anymore I was in tears my daughter has school she needs a ride home I can't get to her. I called them in a literal tears cuz I couldn't get to my daughter and told them to please do something I can't take this anymore!! Early told me there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. There's nothing I can do or we'll do does nothing they will do to sue them those were her words take legal action which I am I've noticed that all the negative reviews against the owner never comes with resolutions what solution become British teeth Mister Daniel Jacobs accept responsibility for the junk you selling you should be ashamed of ripping off hard-working single mothers I will see you in court. I have tried to resolve the issue outside of court. I have never had such a horrible service in my life from management.when they tell u we wil dol kniw something is wrong if no WHEN I get in an accident. Because it's just inevitable and unfortunately I don't have another vehicle to drive I have to get that xxxx car in here are you God so when I get it out on the highway xxxx it back into the next year just so I can get to work thank you Jacob Mitsubishi. Mister Daniels, for trying to take my life and my livelihood. You know the worst part about it is is that I had to speak to them a few days ago on April of 2015 in regards to trading in the vehicle what were my options and how would I have to go about it to trade it into another dealership to get another vehicle because I can't work I literally can't drive 3 miles before the things about to overheat and blow up I mean the temperature gauge has gotten so hot that the car is actually said too dangerous to drive. So many issues are brought up to them not just the issue with it not going in gear when I purchase the vehicle the vehicle was returned to the lot more than three times at that point I should have been offered a new vehicle they were repetitively told the vehicle was dangerous and that there was a literal almost loss of life on three separate occasions because the vehicle would not go into gear like it's supposed to it's a manual vehicle and I have to put it in gear but when the gears job jams and I can't I'm a sitting duck someone else or myself could have and can still be killed because the vehicle still has the issue the clutch issue was just too much money for me to fix especially when I had other issues coming up that will costing me hundreds and hundreds of dollars to fix at a time they still did nothing. However when I did call and ask those questions I was asked by a very nice representative Justin would I be willing to come down and talk to him about trading the vehicle back in with them since I purchased the vehicle from them and I thought to myself I had a very bad experience and I told him that too and I don't think so the experience was horrendous it was a worse treatment I ever received I've never had to pay someone to be rude and disrespectful to me basically still my money. He stated that when I give them a second chance with this and let them change my opinion of them I relented as I am a Christian and believe in giving everyone a second chance he said that there was no management and things would be different and he would have the right people in place for me to speak to when I got there. The worst thing I found out when I got there is that the vehicle and my loan I'm under water with the loan which me I'm upside down and alone the vehicle when it was sold to me was overpriced by at least $3,000 now they sold me the vehicle when I went in for a trade in a few months later the vehicle is less work then a quarter of what I paid for it although it does have negative equity in it it's still less than a quarter than when I paid up it they would take the vehicle on trade if I would put down another two or three thousand dollars after already being xxxxx of $2,000 I thought that was very atrocious to them I thought they would and could have and should have done more to assist since they're the ones that sold me the overpriced vehicle to begin with I didn't purchase that vehicle was overtly charged for the vehicle from anywhere else I purchased the vehicle from Jacob Mitsubishi where I took a extremely expensive loss and they made a very lucrative profit. If nothing had been wrong with the vehicle I can just cry said I made him mad bad business deal I didn't make a bad business deal Jacob Mitsubishi made a bad business deal when they sold the car to me with recall issues and the vehicle that I had to bring in less than a week after having it multiple times the vehicle sat on the lot for 2 months after I purchased it when I got the vehicle back it was covered in dust dirt and debris it was so filthy it had been sitting outside under a tree probably the whole 2 months because they never found the issue that was causing the vehicle not to go into gear at times I believe that someone looked considering the explanation the elaborate the intricate and very detailed explanation that I gave of what the vehicle was doing someone should have found that issue any mechanic work their assault should have found that issue because I found it by mistake I have no mechanical training background I at work in the nursing field and I also have a degree in legal studies but not as a mechanic the vehicle should have never been sold it should have been taken back after the multiple issues especially when they no darn well that I came back with that vehicle more than four times I mean when somebody told you just sue us Jacob Mitsubishi I mean instead of us doing what's right that's sad and sick and I thought this time they were actually going to assist and then I find out that they overcharged me for a vehicle that I'm literally over paying for the vehicle not only did I almost take a loss of life I'm taking a loss of finances and to this day Jacob Mitsubishi has not reached out to me and tried to resolve the issue of the vehicle being in disrepair when they sold it to me not once it's anyone reached out to me and try to resolve the issue not once I was only reached out to several times and asked to resend my complaint to the better Business bureau with no resolution on my end a win-win for Jacob Mitsubishi but not a win for Donnitta Baldwin in any way shape or form not even an apology. An apology for selling me a vehicle that was in disrepair knowingly and disrepair when you have to bring a vehicle back to the lot three times within weeks of buying it and losing your vehicle to the alleged mechanics for 2 months that was supposed to be fixing the issue get it back and it still replicating and doing the same thing that I sent it in for the vehicle was allegedly fixed it was never fixed I still have multiple occasions where the gear should jams and I have to act extremely quick or there will be a loss of life or damage. I've already had a loss a major loss and income to the point that I've had to receive partial unemployment because of losing my most lucrative contract over it being suspended not being able to get to work behind that 2013 Dodge dart that was overly priced and sold to me so no Jacob Mitsubishi did not change my mind about them when they asked me to come in and give them a second chance they just let me know that I was correct in my thinking in the beginning so it wasn't a waste of time to go in because I did find out that they overpriced a vehicle and sold it to me overpriced a dangerous piece of equipment that can cause seriously bodily harm to myself and others I hope not knowingly but when it was brought to their attention they did nothing about it they did not take the vehicle back they did not offer to give me back my deposit they did not even offer to do what they were supposed to do and put me in another vehicle after coming in over three times complaining of safety issues with the vehicle not just mechanical issues it's mechanical issues that could cause extreme danger out on the road to myself and others. And to be told to us to do something about it was just the worst part about it and I still gave them a second chance like I said the worst part is no one ever picked up the phone and tried to apologize nobody ever picked up the phone calling you a liar they picked up the phone though three times and ask me to take back the complaint that I found with the better Business bureau but they were not willing to do anything in my favor to correct their negative actions I've never had a company called me and asked me to resend the complaint so many times. That wanted to leave me in the same position in which I'm in I'm not made whole but their reputation is made hold again or that piece of their reputation is that I complained about and everything I've said is the truth and nothing but the truth if I have to go after the loss of income the severe anxiety that I have to go through every time I have to get into that vehicle but depression the immediate and imminent threat of danger that I was in three times I will but I will never resend that complaint no matter how many times they call me and ask me to they should have done what was right and they did nothing that was right and it's cost me thousands of dollars they should have never let me walk off that lot again with that vehicle after the second time let alone the third and fourth and good time and knowing you had a recall issue with that I don't even care about the recall issues I care that it had other more imminent safety issues that no one seem to be concerned about no one seems to be concerned about my life my daughter's life the life of innocent drivers on the road just please can you resend your complaint for the vehicle that we sold to you at an extreme markup I'm very and highly disappointed I usually try to get my fellow human beings more credit than that but at this time I I'm at a loss for words from the action of Jacob Mitsubishi More
