First of all the vehicle has a recall issues. It should’ve never been sold. And the issue our report it to you guys about not being able to put the vehicle in gear at certain times I found out what the issue was the clutch. It was a simple issue of the clutch being stuck but no one will listen to me instead I was treated with disrespect and distain and discuss! When I spoke to daily last I told her that the vehicle should’ve never been sold in a condition of vehicles in even to this day I’ve already spent over $2000 trying to fix issues with that vehicle I’ve had to put in a new thermostat I’ve had to put in a new radiator I’ve had to put in a new coolant reservoir I have had multiple repairs done on the vehicle the vehicle has a recall issues it should have never been sold I was told by MARISSAWho is in financing that vehicle did not have a Recall yes it does now I’m stuck with a vehicle that I have to make payments on that it’s in recall! And the only response that I got from Jacob Mitsubishi was basically sue us. Because we can’t find anything wrong with your vehicle I was called a liar I’ve been called a liar from the beginning that vehicle simply had a stock clutch that was it such a minute minor issue adding replicate itself because it didn’t always do it I found out by accident what was wrong with the vehicle but had anybody looked at the vehicle how to much did it say on your lot collecting dust and dirt you would’ve found it if anyone here believe me when I tell you that I was treated with nothing but disrespect by being called a liar and because the mechanics couldn’t do their jobThey called me a liar because they couldn’t find the issue and in return nothing was ever done to fix the issue I had to I was sold a vehicle with multiple issues but if anybody had listen to me maybe we could’ve work something out so to this day I’m still gonna have to sue to be I literally almost died in a vehicle three times because the car will not go in gear and I asked them what is it gonna take me dying for you people to listen to me they basically told me to get off the lot do what you Gotta do that is what I was towed do what you have to do I have not been offered any lost wages I have not been offered to switch the vehicle out which they should’ve done in the beginning it could’ve been a simple issue of switching the vehicle out the best vehicle had multiple issues and Is on recall yet they let me ride of the lot with this dangerously and desperately need a repair vehicle that is my response to that they’re very negligent anything to make a dollar my death Or my daughters be damned!! NO ONE CARES ANYTHING TO MAKE ASELL!!!My personal safety or well-being was never an issue to them or they would’ve never sold a vehicle to begin with because it should’ve been sold especially not being on recall
