RJ was awesome and made buying our new 2022 Outlander easy and pressure free! We live 5.5 hours from Jacobs Mitsubishi and would recommend anyone to give them a try no matter the distance. My wife and I needed a bigger vehicle for our expanding family. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Big Al. We explained our situation and told Big Al we were looking to buy a 2022 Outlander. Mind you family. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Big Al. We explained our situation and told Big Al we were looking to buy a 2022 Outlander. Mind you my wife and I came in about 45 mins before closing. We were taken to the lot to look at which color and style we would like and even a test drive. Shortly after finding the one we liked Big Al and the team got to work. They were able to get our payment right where we needed them to be. They even threw in a military discount as I am a veteran. Thou I love my car you need to check your car fax carefully. The top page made it it seem there was nothing wrong with car but after further review the car was in accident thou minor they never discl carefully. First I would like to say that there is a lot of Honest & Respectful Dealerships in Pasco County Florida, this is definitely not one of them. Stay Away From This Dealership. The General Manager is as crooked Respectful Dealerships in Pasco County Florida, this is definitely not one of them. Stay Away From This Dealership. The General Manager is as crooked as the day is long and the owner could care less about what goes on at his dealership. On top of doing Bank Fraud with my Finance Contract. They changed all the Sales documents after I signed them and charged me $2200.00 more for the Car. They were very rude and disrespectful to me when I brought it to their attention. They did however admit to overcharging me by $400.00 but said that they will not give the money back to me unless I took down all the negative reviews that I wrote about them. I have talked to all the managers at this dealership and they all were rude liars and refused to help me. The General Manager actually sat there and dictated to his employees on what they should say to me. He even sent one of his managers out to talk with me and say that he was the GM. This guy is so crooked that he won't even do his own dirty work, instead has his employees do it for him or is it that he is ashamed of his behavior. I even contacted the owner about the situation and he told me to contact his GM. When I told him that I did and the GM is the main part of the problem, he replied that he does not handle customer complaints, that is what he pays his GM to do.
