How do I start worst dealership I’ve ever worked with absolute zero on a scale of 1 through 10 bought a used car a 2005 Mercedes-Benz SL500 was told it was in excellent condition. Told everything was inspected. bought it in the summer absolutely zero left on the windshield wipers had to drive home in pouring rain to Naples Florida barely made it. This is just the beginning of the xxxx was advertised the brakes were replaced. To find Only the back brakes were replaced front brakes at 19% Life left in them replaced when I got the car home. thank God I had a mechanic go through the car When I took the car for a test drive, which I came up from Naples Florida to purchase in Newport Richie the person that test drove it before me broke the control on the adjustments for the seat when I asked The manager at the dealership if they could repair that before I purchase it he told me it’s my problem. If I want it fixed, it would cost more money can you believe that? Because it was a low mild car I bought it so when I get back to Naples, I’m waiting for a license plate called them a couple of times basically was told stop calling us. It’s on its way. Three days after it was supposed to show up I called back and they told me they didn’t know anything about it but said they would check on it The next day, it was overnighted to my house in Naples Florida reached out many of times to come up with a solution for all the issues cost me $950 in the first week. Obviously, the dealership is owned by a family sorry, the people that work there hide the truth from from the owner tried to find the owners number, but couldn’t would’ve preferred to talk to him first, but at this point don’t care would rather have the rest of the world no, the fact Will never shop there again. More

WISH I COULD RATE ZERO More

First I’d like to say that Jacob Mitsubishi doesn’t deserve a 1 star. BUYERS BEWARE!! My experience with them starts with the lies the finance manager Travis and the salesman John Tsampanious. They were both saying because it was late and they needed one more car to make their bonus. Travis said they would give a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. The car I was buying is a 2015 Maserati Ghibli w/36k miles. The advertised price on on CarGurus was $22.500 after all the taxes&fees I signed for $26k. After I said where’s the 2nd key fob They both said it’s around we’ll get it to you. At this point I haven’t taken possession of the car. So rushing through signing paperwork and rushing because now it’s after hour. I asked where my paperwork was. They said we can mail it to me. I left very suspicious. I called the bank to see what my interest rate was and I found out why Travis was keeping the paperwork. I was about to finance 32k. Plus the 5 year warranty they to make the deal. Wasn’t a 5 year and it wasn’t a bumper to warranty they added it to the price. I went to the dealership and they told me everything will be taken care of. This dealership took advantage of my high credit score thinking I would only settle on payment not knowing the final price where someone put a line through the original price and it was not my signature. The whole deal was a total scam. Top it all of the promises key fob another lie. John and Travis said we made no such promises, and another salesman spoke out and said he witnessed that. That salesman doesn’t work there anymore just for being honest he lost his job. I also talked to the sales manager Pavo. He could have fixed the problems but he decided to go down with the ship. They want to charge me to get a 2nd key fob. To sum it all up I wouldn’t recommend this place. I will be telling all my friends and family to stay away. When I receive the unethical treatment of this dealership. I had to write a review. Shame on this place for being shady. Don’t sign anything and check the paperwork! This place needs to be shutdown out of business ASAP! Thanks More
Sales personnel as very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles that were being sold at this location. I had a great experience buying a new car at this location. We purchased a used Grand Cherokee and paid cash on May 15, 2023 . We never even made it home when the engine light came on. Took it back the next morning and all they did was clear the codes which were fr 15, 2023 . We never even made it home when the engine light came on. Took it back on a Tuesday afternoon and picked it up on Friday with a windows switch replaced, nothing done to motor. Again never made it home but this time it’s over heating. Took it to our mechanic in Brooksville who told us bad heads. Jacob’s didn’t believe us, though they truly knew this was a bad motor and towed it to their shop in New Port Richey and it’s been in pieces there since the 26th of May. Still no car and it’s August 1st. This is not a dealership to trust or have faith in. I will be contacting an attorney and we will go from there. **update** We received a call yesterday morning from the new General Manager of Jacob’s who has taken over this issue and has resolved it for us. Our Grand Cherokee will be coming home Thursday or Friday and all our issues were discussed. We are very happy with the new results and it is actually having a great outcome. Thank you to Jacob’s GM. BUYER BEWARE! !! STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS!! We bought a 2019 Ford T250 high top extended van. Upon driving it home from dealership, the engine light ki !! STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS!! We bought a 2019 Ford T250 high top extended van. Upon driving it home from dealership, the engine light kicked on. Contacted them IMMEDIATELY that next morning. They said bring it in, they'd look at it. What they actually did was clear the code to get the engine light to kick back off to make us go away. Turns out after taking it elsewhere to see what that code was, it is perm lockout code (which was over 30 days old since in perm lockout, we had the van less than 1 hour of this engine light kicking on). Turns out, we were sold a $41,000+ vehicle with MAJOR problems. They wanted to wait it out until extended warranty kicked in (per their employee, which turns out is ILLEGAL for a dealership to do, extended warranty refused the claim). So now to fix this problem that they knowingly sold to us, it will be another 4k which they flat refuse to acknowledge. Be VERY wary of this place. They will pass you around pretending to be of assistance, when in all reality they have ZERO intentions of remedying absolutely anything. We will be contacting a consumer auto fraud atty as well as the consumer fraud division over dealerships. More
