What a bunch of BS - she is full of it. Then you got Dezirae who is just a nasty person and doesn't even want to speak with you, but she knows she has too. Get her on the phone and she can't wait to hang up. And she is supposed to be a manager??? Nice example she sets for sure. Then you got Brandon the sales guy. Good ol' Brandon! Brandon is an example of why every day people HATE used car sales people. What a liar - will tell you anything. And after every sentence and phrase he will call you "BRO". I ain't your bro!!! Learn how to speak and write to your potential customers. Don't expect any gas in the vehicle you buy from them either. My car arrived EMPTY. No gas - none. I am 66 years old and every car I have bought in the last 40 years has come with a full tank of gas. Not at Jacob's Mitsubishi! And after you complain, Brandon will say how sorry he is and offer you a $100 gift card that you will never receive!!! FIND YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!! More
