I bought a vehicle from this dealership about a month ago. I originally reached out regarding a 2011 Audi R8 that they had. After doing more research on the vehicle, I noticed that it wasn’t quite was I ago. I originally reached out regarding a 2011 Audi R8 that they had. After doing more research on the vehicle, I noticed that it wasn’t quite was I was looking for and that it was in an accident. I expressed that I was not interested in buying a vehicle with an accident reported. So then I noticed that they had a 2014 Audi R8 for sale. After explaining to them that I was not interested in the 2011, They failed to tell me that the 2014 was in an accident. I was never given a copy of the Carfax to see that there was an accident reported. I had a friend with me at the dealership just in case something like this happened. Everyone kept saying I was getting a crazy good deal on the car, which is wrong with the damage reported. I reached out to the dealership to see what could be done to rectify the situation and they basically kept saying. “The front splitter that was ordered was because of the accident and you should know that’s why it is being replaced.” Again, one would not know that from a piece missing. In Florida a dealership is required to disclose if a vehicle has been in an accident to the potential customer. They failed to do this and have gone radio silent on the whole situation. I really wish that they would just address their mistake and either buy the car back or write a check to cover the diminished value of the vehicle since they withheld the truth. Due to their failure to correct the mistake, I have seeked legal help. STAY FAR AWAY! More
