So I am back! ! I posted a bad review because my experience was really bad at the time. However since the dealership has made things some what right. I have to say ! I posted a bad review because my experience was really bad at the time. However since the dealership has made things some what right. I have to say the salesman Jason, He was awesome very honest and straight with me. Mike in finance was also amazing he did everything to help me and he is an amazing person . I would work a deal with these two anytime. I buy a car every 12 months and I have nothing but good things to say about them both. However what I have to say poorly is about the sales manager BO!!. So needless to say he stung me along for over a week but we finally came to a deal. I bought the Porsche and I love the car but here is the issue. Bo sold me a car with a key that does not work. I can not lock or unlock the car the Keyfob is a aftermarket key. He said take it to batteries plus they can reprogram it. The battery was dead so long the car no longer recognized the key. So I was told !! I did as he said and went there the next day nothing can be done it is a Porsche not a Toyota. They can not program it so I called almost every locksmith in the bay area and was told by each of them I had to go to Porsche the security on the key is too high and they don't want to risk it. So I took the car to Porsche to learn the key is not a Porsche key it is a ebay keyfob and it will never work I need a real Porsche key. so I text Bo all this information over 5 days ago and he has yet to say a word. So you might say well that's just a $100-200 key to replace well no. The key is $600 and has to be ordered from Germany. That will take a week then once the key gets in they have to program is and that is another $450-600. So after paying $70k for a car I can not lock the doors and I had to pay Porsche $1,100 for a new keyfob meanwhile Bo still has not reached out. So needless to say talk to Jason and deal with Mike but if Bo comes around just tell him to xxxx off because you are about to be told he can make a pile of crap into gold and trust me he can not. Recently I spent several hours negotiating to purchase a 2019 Audi RS5 VIN WUAPWAF59KA905455. Upon having the vehicle inspected it was brought to my attention that the original factory exhaust was replaced 2019 Audi RS5 VIN WUAPWAF59KA905455. Upon having the vehicle inspected it was brought to my attention that the original factory exhaust was replaced with a cheap aftermarket one. The right rear wheel is bent and a window seal was leaking. It seems very unlikely that these items were not found during the dealership's inspection of the vehicle. Furthermore, they're advertising the vehicle with Dual Stainless Steel Exhaust w/Chrome Tailpipe Finisher which is not accurate. In my opinion this is false advertising and had I known a $4,000 major component of the vehicle had been removed I would have not spent the hours negotiating a purchase. I would also not have incurred the inspection cost of $281.40. I reached out to the general manager to request a refund of the inspection fee. He had a low level manager, Josh, call and berate me. Josh admitted he had not read the inspection report and claimed their cars are safe and sold "as-is". I was completely okay with purchasing the vehicle "as-is" but the car is not safe with a bent wheel and the vehicle advertisement that I had responded to was false and misleading. More
