We Owe I took my NEW Compass to the Service dept. a week ago to have bad headlights replaced under warranty that I requested a month ago. I also have a WE OWE for a trailer hitch & wireing to be installed. I received a call at end of that day telling me that the wireing harness was wrong & the correct one had been ordered. I was also told I would be called on Monday to be updated. Today it has been a week since I have heard from the Service dept. More
Missing equip after service The service tech removed my cover on my battery and did not replace it. By time I discovered it took a while to get the parts. Great customer service. I brought my Ram 2500 to the dealership to repair the back seat heater on the passenger side. Mackenzie helped me and it was determined that the repai I brought my Ram 2500 to the dealership to repair the back seat heater on the passenger side. Mackenzie helped me and it was determined that the repair would be covered under my extended warranty. Parts were not available that day for the repair so I had to return for 2nd trip. When I returned after the parts came in, they turned out to be the wrong parts. So after making a 3rd trip to the dealership the correct parts were installed and all is working now. With this many trips ( I live 1 hour away and work 1.5 hours away) Mackenzie made the BEST out of the situation and was always friendly and very helpful. I appreciate her willingness to let me drive something so I did not have to wait around the dealership the 2nd trip and the 3rd trip. Thanks Mackenzie and Jackie Jones. More
