Terrible service! Service advisor was great! But the work was pathetic. Took my truck in for an alignment and tire rotation with balance. 4+ hours later my truck was wo Service advisor was great! But the work was pathetic. Took my truck in for an alignment and tire rotation with balance. 4+ hours later my truck was worse than when I brought it in. The service tech said he test drove my truck to make sure the alignment was good. Got in to drive home and the truck pulls to right even more and my steering wheel is not straight. I will not be taking my truck in for any kind of service. More
