I had just stopped by, not thinking I would have it all done that day, but that is exactly what happened. The parts were there and they offered to install them while I waited. I had an appointment at 1130 I had an appointment for 1130 am made the previous day this is my first time using this dealership as we recently moved in to the area I did not leave I had an appointment for 1130 am made the previous day this is my first time using this dealership as we recently moved in to the area I did not leave until 145 pm I had to cancel my doctor appointment And was charged a 35 dollar fee for breaking the appointment with my doctor after comment was made here we were contacted to correct the issue they said would give us an extra oil change with plan correcting issues is good for business but a better business is preventing issues from arising to begin with thank you we will try here one more time More

The manager of the service department went above and beyond to correct the mistake. He handled the miscommunication with professionalism and care. He listened to our concerns and made things right. We will use this dealership again. 4-star is for the miscommunication from the manufacturer and not following up with us prior to the bluetooth being installed. More
