Out of state purchase. I was hesitant to purchase from out of state as I was also trading in a vehicle. Jacky Jones not only had a better selection of vehicles with proper b I was hesitant to purchase from out of state as I was also trading in a vehicle. Jacky Jones not only had a better selection of vehicles with proper build specifications, beat all others on trade value, but they also were better priced on new vehicles than anybody else. I messaged saying I would arrive at 10 AM and was greeted at the front door promptly as I arrived. Working with Corey Palmer went smoother than dealing with local dealerships and his reassurance that everything would go smoothly held true as everything was signed and done within two hours of my arrival. This is saying a lot because of some last-minute changes that required some service work and alignment. From this experience, I will look to Jacky Jones for future purchases and parts. More

Terrible service! Service advisor was great! But the work was pathetic. Took my truck in for an alignment and tire rotation with balance. 4+ hours later my truck was wo Service advisor was great! But the work was pathetic. Took my truck in for an alignment and tire rotation with balance. 4+ hours later my truck was worse than when I brought it in. The service tech said he test drove my truck to make sure the alignment was good. Got in to drive home and the truck pulls to right even more and my steering wheel is not straight. I will not be taking my truck in for any kind of service. More
