appointment would be nice! was told by phone no appt needed. in at 9am, and told them I had a 10:30 dental appt, so I needed to be done by 10:15...Given car back a bit after 10 was told by phone no appt needed. in at 9am, and told them I had a 10:30 dental appt, so I needed to be done by 10:15...Given car back a bit after 10, and was told they would not be able to get it done by 10:15, but I could bring it back after my dental...I did not mind that, only that I still had to wait another hour when I came back.....Just seems maybe an appointment may have been better.
