Friendly I was pleased to find a dealership with country hospitality and hopefully this will be a good working relationship for years to come. I gave them only four stars because of the manufacturer service bulletin for correcting the condensation within the right side headlight cover has yet to work. ( they replaced or open the vents on the backside of the headlight as directed by the bulletin) but so far it only vented my wallet of money. I’m hoping Jacky Jones will refund me the cost.....and go after the manufacture on my behalf. But Mackenzie hasn’t followed up with me, as she said she would after seeing the repair didn’t work with her own eyes. More

I didn't think to ask if they would fix the damage so I was pleasantly surprised when she brought it up. She took ownership of the issue, coordinated the recall and body work with their shop and kept me in a loop the entire time. She has a great attitude and has always provided exceptional customer service. More

Went in for recall , which I guess they fixed , but lied a Went in for a recall which I'm praying they fixed , but lied about a COMPLEMENTARY safety systems check and fluids fill up ! Wiper washer still empty and low tire light still coming on ! I had planned to stop at Wal-Mart on my way home and pick up fluids etc , but didn't because the paper given said THEY checked and filled any that needed it , now I have to make a trip back to town to get that stuff ! Called twice to ask why they lied about it and haven't gotten a call back to date ! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as that could be dangerous for me and my car !!! More
