Pleasantly surprised We are from the opposite side of Georgia and had no idea we were going to buy a new car. One hour recall service with NO appointment I received a recall notice on my 18 Ram 2500. Was in the neighborhood so I dropped by to schedule service. Friendly service writer says “Do you want u I received a recall notice on my 18 Ram 2500. Was in the neighborhood so I dropped by to schedule service. Friendly service writer says “Do you want us to do it now?” Before I recovered from the shock she said “ Now’s a good time. Should only take about an hour.“ True to her word, in 45 min I had my truck back. BIG difference the last time I took it in for an oil change at another dealer and no appointments available for 10 days. These guys respect the customer’s time, and I like that. Thumbs Up! More
