So I just bought a car recently. I rate this a 3 star because of customer service. Having a car that I want is half the battle. The sales rep couldn't have sold me on any vehicle because I already knew what I wanted. It was how I was treated. The gentlemen I had was kind, respectful and willing to help. However, I did not feel like I was a priority when I was looking. My issue was posting purchase. I was waiting on my license plate to be giving to me. I called and the young lady who answered my phone call didn't all seem too willing to help me find answers. It was more of a "well what do you want me to do about it attitude." I called a second time because no one told me what the holdup was about my license plate. So, I was assuming nothing was wrong. I would have been more than willing to help correct the error, but I had to call 3 separate times to get that answer. Then once the solution was giving the lack of care to then further help was a "we won't help" attitude. I needed my license plate, and it was well now you are on your own since there was an error in collecting your plate in the first place. None of this was explained. It's not about the error or the issue it was the lack of care that wasn't there. Mainly from the lady who called. I never got a call from the gentlemen who sold me the car other than the first week of how the vehicle is and please rate my service online. I wanted to make sure everything was complete to include the plating of the vehicle to write this review and so here I am now. I give it 3 stars because it started off good, but the post purchase service felt like a "we got your money, so don't care what happens" attitude of what I have seen. I wouldn't recommend people because of the product because people will find what they want. It's how you take care of someone during the whole process. Especially for people who have a real big idea of what they want and not little to persuade them to find something it's just so I already am going to spend the money just need your help because of the process and is there anyone willing to keep their best foot up front throughout the process. I say this was a collective review rather than a one-person review. The store as a whole could have been better at treating me to include wait times and to ensure that I was being taken care of. More

I got a letter that Kia was recall my car for safety reasons. There was 2 recalls on my car. They fixed one and said they had to order the part for the other recall and they would call me. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service at our local Kia service center. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any company across any consumer space. The communication is shockingly poor, and the information provided by different employees is wildly inconsistent. Recently, I left my vehicle for service, only to find it sat there untouched for a week. Kenny initially claimed they were waiting on me, but eventually admitted they simply hadn’t done anything. While he is always polite, his promises are insincere and inaccurate. Chris, the service rep, seems to think it is the customer’s job to research warranty repairs. After discovering a significant engine defect at 100,000 miles, he told me it wasn’t their responsibility to look into it and that I needed to handle it with customer care. Despite disagreeing, I contacted Kia customer care myself and obtained the necessary information. When I provided this to Chris, he rudely asked, “And what do you want me to do with that information?” I have never been treated so poorly at any automotive service center. Ironically, the only time I received useful feedback was after filing a complaint with Kia customer care, who then contacted the service department on my behalf. Only then did they promise to take immediate action on my vehicle. As loyal Kia customers for the past decade, we have never encountered such issues with any other dealer. This dealership urgently needs to improve its employee training and customer service standards, as they are currently representing the Kia brand very poorly and leaving customers like us extremely dissatisfied.
