I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I got my car worked on…3 days later my check engine light comes right back on and then they want to charge me $3500. When they checked it out the fir I got my car worked on…3 days later my check engine light comes right back on and then they want to charge me $3500. When they checked it out the first time they should’ve told me all of this and I could’ve got it worked on all at once. Ohh and don’t let me get started on the appointment department they’re a joke. I stopped in one day because my check engine light was on. I had the diagnostic code already which was to replace the gas cap. I was right by the dealership and decided to pull in and see if anyone could on. I had the diagnostic code already which was to replace the gas cap. The guy at the service department desk said “I’m not sure but you can make an appointment for us to look at it”, so I did, reluctantly because I usually only let Lee Kia in Greenville touch my car. The morning of my appointment, I handed over my keys to the same person and he asked “you are aware of the $215 diagnostic charge correct?” Um, no, you failed to mention that part when I made the appointment. That is a great load of money for me, for you to tell me what I already know, and no you did not mention that at all when I was here before, but how nice to be hit with that the morning of the appointment. Then when I questioned it he was rude and demeaning. So, I took my keys back, and I will never step foot in this place again. I was reluctant from past experiences anyway and this just was the final straw. More
