When speaking with the service dept. I continually receive different price quotes for services from different people. Very confusing and aggravating when I make an appointment based on o I continually receive different price quotes for services from different people. Very confusing and aggravating when I make an appointment based on one quote but when I show up for service the quote is higher. Might be unintentional, but it feels like a bait and switch. I will not use this service center again. More
5 stars for ROBBIE! ! Kenneth was my advisor, I kept leaving my cell phone number to call, but he would always call the other number on file. When I'd call back, he'd n ! Seems like he wouldn't listen to his voicemail, as I would state my cell phone number. Never got a call. Then turns out he went on vacation (not knocking that, we all need a break from work) and Robbie had stepped in. Robbie was wonderful and needs a pay raise! He was on top of it. It's also rare to see a service manager fill in for his employees. He's a keeper and hope Jacksonville Kia sees that!!! -Ashlee. More

On 6/28 I had my car towed into Kia because it would not start at Food Lion. Kia refused to look at it that day and said they had too many tow-ins that would have to wait. When I called the next day 6/29 start at Food Lion. Kia refused to look at it that day and said they had too many tow-ins that would have to wait. When I called the next day 6/29 at 1 p,m no one would answer the phone so I had to leave message. Tried to get someone on the phone multiple times over 2 days with the same result. A friend took me over at 4pm on 6/29 and it had not yet been looked at. Then they to finally jumped it, took it into the garage and said it was the battery so I got a new battery. The lack of communication and failure to give me even the courtesy of a call back regarding the status of my car was extremely unsatisfactory. I purchased my 2020 Kia Optima at this dealership and will likely not return to them again. More
