One of the worst customer service experience I ever had to deal with. Service department/management of the dealership was very unprofessional. Still blows my mind that an employee would ask me to cross the to deal with. Service department/management of the dealership was very unprofessional. Still blows my mind that an employee would ask me to cross the register counter “line” in order to FIGHT him, and the manager thought I was I was the one causing this disturbance. Way more to the story than he was trying to comprehend I guess. More
