Jacksonville Kia - Service Center

I was lied to. Chris got me in on an emergency visit because my AC went out on my 2023 Telluride with 7,000 miles on it. I was told the line needed replaced and tha Chris got me in on an emergency visit because my AC went out on my 2023 Telluride with 7,000 miles on it. I was told the line needed replaced and that there was no other damage. I could not wait the 2 days to have it fixed as I was on vacation and traveling home before then. After returning home I took it to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased they have informed me that there is a hole in the condenser and that all of the lines were fine. Thanks for being honest Chris @Jacksonville Kia. I know where my family will not purchase/service a vehicle. More
