Doesn’t return messages to make service appointments, left 3 messages over course of 3 weeks with no response. When speaking with the service dept. I continually receive different price quotes for services from different people. Very confusing and aggravating when I make an appointment based on o I continually receive different price quotes for services from different people. Very confusing and aggravating when I make an appointment based on one quote but when I show up for service the quote is higher. Might be unintentional, but it feels like a bait and switch. I will not use this service center again. More
5 stars for ROBBIE! ! Kenneth was my advisor, I kept leaving my cell phone number to call, but he would always call the other number on file. When I'd call back, he'd n ! Seems like he wouldn't listen to his voicemail, as I would state my cell phone number. Never got a call. Then turns out he went on vacation (not knocking that, we all need a break from work) and Robbie had stepped in. Robbie was wonderful and needs a pay raise! He was on top of it. It's also rare to see a service manager fill in for his employees. He's a keeper and hope Jacksonville Kia sees that!!! -Ashlee. More
