My car was there for almost 4 weeks. They attempted to fix it 3 times. The time and energy spent with this was upsetting. The plus was they gave me a loaner. Chris did an excellent job. My initial dealings with kia were not as enjoyable as could have been. I was overcharged $957 on the base price (which was reimbursed after I brought it to the manager's attention).
