I came in for 2 recalls and was told It would take about an hour so I waited. 2 1/2 hours later my car was done . I then had to take it for some paint defects covered by Kia and I inquired about a loaner ca an hour so I waited. 2 1/2 hours later my car was done . I then had to take it for some paint defects covered by Kia and I inquired about a loaner car at the dealership as I was told It would take 2 days and I was told there weren’t any loaner cars. More
