They had our car for 5 days, but don’t do loaner vehicles. They will call an Uber and pay for it within 20 miles, but I live 30 miles away. The dealership was under heavy construction and we were not given a heads up when we made the service appointment, which would have been nice. All that being said the service manager was our hero and got the repairs discounted to the quote we were given and listened to all our concerns. More

When I asked for a copy of the paperwork from the test that was done I was was told no and the man at the desk became rude and disrespectful. After my visit I went to another dealer and was told that my c that was done I was was told no and the man at the desk became rude and disrespectful. After my visit I went to another dealer and was told that my car should have been there for 8 hours before they can conduct the recall check. Your dealership had it done within 1 hour. After I found i learned of this makes me think that the test was not done correctly and that is why I was told no to a copy of the test. Seems to me that this dealership is running a fraud. More

Had to have a repair to my windshield washer pump and they were able to order the part and scheduled a service to replace it.
