My only complaint was when I called to schedule and ask how long it would take, i.e. did i need to leave for the day? 1/2 day, couple hrs? The worst experienced ever no communication. Nobody will return your calls. They fix the wrong thing. Then wanted to charge me for it. The car was not fixed, then they fixed it.
