I was a bit early and they took my car right in. No waiting! Someone took us to the waiting area, and stayed until they made sure we were comfortable and asked if we needed a drink. I told him no. W No waiting! Someone took us to the waiting area, and stayed until they made sure we were comfortable and asked if we needed a drink. I told him no. When I did finally want a drink, the vending machine wouldn't take my bill. There was a man behind the desk and he got me a drink from the employee supply! I thought that was awesome! I didn't have to wait very long for my car to be ready. More

The tech that worked on the car b picked up my vehicle and broke down 20 minutes after picking up. Had to pay to get it towed back to the dealership. The tech that worked on the car broke my alternator bolt when they placed the motor back in by over tightening and I had to pay to have it fixed! It should have been 0 cost to me More
Took car in for ignition switch recall. When I left the stereo wasn't working properly. At that time I mentioned resetting it. They looked at it and said it wasn't their fault. They said it When I left the stereo wasn't working properly. At that time I mentioned resetting it. They looked at it and said it wasn't their fault. They said it would be $175 to diagnose. I reluctantly agreed. They concluded that the USB port needed to be replaced. Parts were over $400. I declined and left. When I got home I decided to try resetting the stereo and it fixed it. I returned to the shop and complained but got nowhere with them. Instead of taking 5 seconds to try resetting the stereo, they went through the whole diagnosis process, charged me over $200 after taxes and misdiagnosed the problem. I'm not happy with them and have let all my friends know. More
