I am not satisfied with the brake service that I received from Kia in the month of May 2024. I had both axles worked on for a full brake job. My brakes have never squeaked. Charged two diagnostic fees without any signage stating that there would be a fee for each issue. Communication from one service writer was good but the other was spotty. So I just bought a car recently. I rate this a 3 star because of customer service. Having a car that I want is half the battle. The sales rep couldn't have sold me on any vehicle because I already knew what I wanted. It was how I was treated. The gentlemen I had was kind, respectful and willing to help. However, I did not feel like I was a priority when I was looking. My issue was posting purchase. I was waiting on my license plate to be giving to me. I called and the young lady who answered my phone call didn't all seem too willing to help me find answers. It was more of a "well what do you want me to do about it attitude." I called a second time because no one told me what the holdup was about my license plate. So, I was assuming nothing was wrong. I would have been more than willing to help correct the error, but I had to call 3 separate times to get that answer. Then once the solution was giving the lack of care to then further help was a "we won't help" attitude. I needed my license plate, and it was well now you are on your own since there was an error in collecting your plate in the first place. None of this was explained. It's not about the error or the issue it was the lack of care that wasn't there. Mainly from the lady who called. I never got a call from the gentlemen who sold me the car other than the first week of how the vehicle is and please rate my service online. I wanted to make sure everything was complete to include the plating of the vehicle to write this review and so here I am now. I give it 3 stars because it started off good, but the post purchase service felt like a "we got your money, so don't care what happens" attitude of what I have seen. I wouldn't recommend people because of the product because people will find what they want. It's how you take care of someone during the whole process. Especially for people who have a real big idea of what they want and not little to persuade them to find something it's just so I already am going to spend the money just need your help because of the process and is there anyone willing to keep their best foot up front throughout the process. I say this was a collective review rather than a one-person review. The store as a whole could have been better at treating me to include wait times and to ensure that I was being taken care of. More

I got a letter that Kia was recall my car for safety reasons. There was 2 recalls on my car. They fixed one and said they had to order the part for the other recall and they would call me.
